Every Thursday for the last 6 months we have been doing writing workshops with writer Kevin McDermott, Ms Leahy and our librarian, Sarah. We have been working on a sequel to 'Moving On', a book Kevin wrote a few years ago. We have also been working on our own pieces.
On April 25, we were invited to represent our school at the National Library, along with 11 other schools. Each school had students read a piece of writing from the workshops. We all had a great day, it was brilliant to hear what the others had done and we hope we can do it again soon.
