BoB Valentines Day Brunch – our pilot Family Reading Programme group returned to us for a special Valentine’s Day brunch, tying in with the theme of unlocking a love of reading. This HSCL/JCSP Library Project programme has been a fabulous success - parents comparing books they read and speaking of kids reading under blankets, phones off – a rarity! Students speaking of the peace and quiet in the house. Everyone excited to see their next BoB box! Aisling Murray, Senior Librarian at Ballymun Library also attended and gave a short presentation on library events and resources. The three families left with their second box of books and their own BoB - see pics below!
