Documentary Filmmaking

2^nd years took part in a 6 week filmmaking project with award winning filmmaker Claire Dix. They made short documentaries on self-selected topics such as Ariana Grande, Body shaming and Friendship. I think the students all realised how intensive the process of filming and editing a piece of work can be, as well as learning digital media skills they can use in future. They are pictured below after our screening, with tutor Ms O’Connell receiving small prizes for their work.
